Group coaching is great, but when you are in a complete meltdown from stress and overwhelm, you need that one-on-one support to guide you through the mess.

While the entire Journey has a rough outline, it will always be finalised after the Joining Appointment, so that Kylie can specifically tailor the 12 weeks to what is needed for your goals, your stresses, and your situation.

After each session, you’ll get a journaling prompt. This will help your thoughts flow around what has come up during the session. There will be other suggested homework items to help you make the most of your 12 Week Journey with Kylie, particularly if one of your goals is around business, or writing a book. There will still be things to implement though if your goals are around health.

Kylie will draw on her many modalities and experience to craft a Journey for you, about you, going deep into you and celebrating YOU.
